MEL Team Leader – Kampala – RETRAK



Have you got an excellent track record of managing M&E activities within an NGO environment? You will be responsible for providing overall oversight of monitoring, evaluation and learning activities across Retrak Uganda’s projects and partners, in order to measure the outcomes and impact of our work and inform organisational learning and future practice. You’ll also be a member of the programme’s Senior Management Team and hold direct responsibility for MEL activities in three exciting new projects.


With your experience of establishing monitoring systems which capture outcome level data and expertise in leading learning activities, you will understand how to make the most use of monitoring information to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.


With a learning-focused approach, you will be committed to working to achieve better lives for street children.
