Movit Products Limited (MPL) is a leading Quality Cosmetics Manufacturer in Africa with operations in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan. Movit Products Limited manufactures Skin and Hair products.

Job Summary: The Branding Assistant will carry out all planned brand activities in line with the set implementation guidelines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Increase brand impression, perception & awareness in order to increase brand product sales;
Execute brand marketing activities to increase brand market shares;
Carry out and document market research on latest trends in changing consumer tastes and market share trends;
Keenly analyze, assess and evaluate competitors’ products, their brand issues, activities and make necessary brand positioning recommendations; and
Direct sell of Brand products to current and perspective customers.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a University degree in Marketing or a related course;
A minimum of two years’ experience in mass market sales;
Excellent communication and analytical skills;
Good decision making skills and proven leadership capability;
Willingness to travel within the country and for long hours; and
Excellent customer service skills.
