Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicants for the Spencon Project Manager career placement should be Ugandan nationals who hold a degree / qualification in civil / mechanical / electrical engineering from a recognized institution
A minimum of three to five years of post-qualification experience
Willingness to learn how to be project managers
Must be available to start immediately
