Job Summary: The Manager Security Systems will be tasked with monitoring and ensuring all security systems within the MPL work in an efficient manner and ensure that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Champion the Security Systems strategic direction for the Company;
Regularly monitor and ensure efficiency of all CCTV cameras;
Manage and monitor all company vehicles tracing system;
Manage information from the CCTV cameras and other electronic Systems;
Keenly monitor the activities of contractors to ensure compliance with specifications, installations and procedures with the required security systems;
Actively participate in the preparation of company, system designs and network deployment and budget; and
Carry out daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Manager Security Systems vacancy should hold a university degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any other related field;
Trainings and related certifications in one or more leading security systems is an added advantage;
Prior security experience of not less than five years within a CCTV/Operations control room;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Broad knowledge, understanding and manipulation of ISS Vehicle tracking & CCTV software;
Excellent organizational and planning skills;
Excellent team working skills;
High degree of integrity and transparency; and
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with all Mission-related matters.
