Corporate Solutions (RCS) is a performance enhancement firm known for people
and organization development. We specialize in developing and strengthening
organization systems through research and information interpretation,
behavioral and attitude change, Staff training, Recruitment, and R & D.
They would like to recruit for a valuable client, a Forestry Company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tasked with identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Building and maintaining fruitful relationships
with existing customers - Researching organizations and individuals
online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential
new markets - In charge of researching the needs of other
companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing - Contacting potential clients via email or
phone to establish rapport and set up meetings - Planning and overseeing new marketing
initiatives - Attending conferences, meetings, and industry
events - In charge of preparing PowerPoint presentations
and sales displays - Contacting clients to inform them about new
developments in the company’s products - Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone,
email, and in person - Developing sales goals for the team and
ensuring they are met - Mentoring and training personnel and helping
team members develop their skills
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Business
Development Officer vacancy should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any
Business Field. - At least six years of progressively responsible
experience as a Business Development Officer achieving high targets.
