Bangladesh: Clean Cookstoves Consultant

CLEAN COOKSTOVES CONSULTANT

International Resources Group (IRG), an Engility Company, seeks a Clean Cookstoves Consultant to write, edit and review content about clean cookstoves for a website. The individual must have a thorough understanding of clean and energy efficient cookstoves in a developing market context and must possess excellent writing skills.

MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in renewable energy management, engineering, business, or international development
• 5+ years of experience in clean cookstoves or renewable energy in emerging and developing markets
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to use shared platforms to collaboratively edit and refine written content

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience implementing USAID-funded clean cookstoves projects in emerging markets
• Previous communications work in clean cookstoves or renewable energy
• A good attitude and a commitment to excellence in product delivery

While the consultant may work from their home base anywhere in the world, the ability to access the internet and work via a collaborative, web-based platform is a must.
