Future Options Consulting Ltd is an online recruitment services which now seeks to recruit on behalf of its valued Client, a Non-Governmental Organisation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will work closely with other heads of departments to develop annual hiring goals
Manage the roll out of initiatives and ensure implementation and application of programs
Responsible for the overall management of HR administration systems for medical schemes
Identify and manage metrics to help monitor trends in employment practises.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
At least five to eight years of progressive HR experience
Strong business acumen and integrated thinking
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
